"ATM never seems to work properly. (It's brand new.) Staff, though courteous and professional are not very helpful. No point in having a branch in my neighborhood if it is of no value to me."
"Super disappointed with my interaction today at the 12th street branch. This is the 5th time I have had to go into the branch to "fix" the pin on my debt card. Each time the representative was friendly, understanding and assured me the issue was fixed, unfortunately it was not fixed and has continued to cause a major inconvenience as I cannot get cash unless the bank is open. The representative today however was extremely rude, did not show any understanding for the multiple inconveniences caused and actually blamed previous representatives for the continued issues with my debit card. Possibly a new employee who doesn't understand business etiquette or customer service? Definitely not what I have grown to expect from US Eagle FCU. PS... still don't know if the card is fixed, she said it would be at least 48 hours before I'd know."
