"My family and I have lived in these apartments going on six years. Original owner sold it to an out of state buyer. New owner hired charisma to manage apartments and they are laughable. Charisma came in for an apartment walk through, I asked the "manager" to take her shoes off or put on shoe covers and she refused. I told "manager" we don't walk on carpet with our shoes on why should she. That was just the tip of the iceberg. They raised the rates and didn't even try to work with tenants. We are currently packing, rent at your own peril!"
