"The only reason I gave them a star is because you have to. They were very unprofessional, we stayed three days and and didn’t get no fresh towel, their towels need to be up dated. Then when it was time to check-out, their check-out time is 10, which is not on the website. So I asked nicely what time check-out time was and the front clerk was very rude and uncaring. I will not be staying there again and I will be telling my family. We were there for a very special ceremony and they were very unprofessional."

"The new owners took over during the pandemic. My room had new beds, fresh paint and carpet, beds and bedding. The ac unit was brand new. They are obviously plowing money back in to the facility. The one star rating is completely undeserving of what you get. I have two minor dings. The bathroom light fixture was missing one lamp and would be to dark for a woman putting on makeup. The second is that the housekeeping staff are very loud and woke me up. I checked in late and needed my sleep. But Dollar for value you can't beat it. This review is dated September 2022."

"We were greeted and checked in for two days. They charged extra for my dog but had not said that when the room was booked. Arriving hungry on Sunday evening, we were referred to the closed restaurant next door and the Casey's. At Casey's we were told that there was food at the casino. The door to the parking lot looked like it had been broken into multiple times. When I tried to take the dog out during the night, the door would not open at all. We left the next morning. When I asked for a refund for the second night, I was charged again for the room. When I pointed out that I now needed two nights refunded, the wife nodded and told her husband. Compared to some of the reviews from several years ago, it has improved. The linens and towels were clean, there were coffee packets by the coffee pot. There was something for breakfast and No bedbugs. Nobody else's clothes or trash. Despite the photos showing a swimming pool and workout room, these do not exist. When the woman was told this, she said it was too hard to take down."

"The rooms and hotel were both very clean! It was evident that the carpet was new and the cleaning staff took their time to keep areas at top notch! The mattresses were firm and comfortable! The breakfast was quite decent and an upgrade from the past. My family could tell that the owners are doing their best to improve the hotel overall. Continue updating ☺️"
