"This was a great place to start a 700 mile bicycle trip. I love staying at historic places. The staff let me reassemble my bike in front of the building without batting an eyelash. The room was comfy, clean, and quiet. I forget the name but it was behind the breakfast area. I spent a pleasant hour reading and writing at the table in the entrance hall where I chatted with a couple returning from a jam session and high school reunion up the street. Good vibes all around."
"Really impressed with how clean everything was. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked that the doors were coded instead of a key. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was hot! We will definitely stay here next time we come through Lead. We stayed in the Auditors office(best room there!) And the vault room."
"Loved the Old Town Hall this place is very clean. Very peaceful and the bed was like a cloud. The rooms are fun as they are in the old offices of a town hall. It is far enough from down town to be quiet but close enough you don't have to travel far to the fun."
"Wonderful stay, actually fun. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We even stayed an extra day. Rooms are really neat and unique, since it's a converted Town Hall. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lifesaver, since we had to grab and go for the tour. We will stay here again for sure."
"We stopped here for a night after going to Devils Tower. This is such a cool place. The history of the building is interesting. The room was spotless. The bed and the pillows were amazing. We wish we were staying longer. The room we stayed in, the Gallery, was very spacious and so comfortable. Breakfast was small but adequate. They had instant oatmeal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, OJ and coffee. They may have had something else I forgot. This was our favorite lodging on our 12 day trip. We just wish we had more time to explore the area. When we return we will definitely stay here again. Don't hesitate to book here. You won't regret it!!"
