"I’ve come here several times with my coworker. Since we work in the shopping center we decide to go after our shifts and every time we have visited this location we get horrible customer service and the employees are always make us feel like we are being profiled, making us look like we are up to something when we are just casually shopping. This time we actually overheard them speaking about us on their walkies and said “they are here again” and they proceeded to follow us around the whole store while staring us down and kept checking in on us multiple times for the five minutes we were there. Within those five minutes 4 of the employees were making us feel very uncomfortable. This isn’t how you provide customer service to anyone."

"I was in town for the holidays with my fiancé and we were able to schedule our engagement photos while we were here. I don’t do much makeup myself besides eyeliner and mascara, so I decided to treat myself and get a full face of makeup done! I booked an appointment with Haylee and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I showed her some photos of what I would like as well as explained what outfits I would be wearing for the photoshoot. She went above and beyond any expectations, all the while making conversation with me. She is soooo sweet and knows her stuff, I would absolutely recommend booking with her!"

"I wanted to get my makeup professionally done for my last minute engagement photoshoot. Unfortunately, none of the makeup artists I liked were available for the day and time I needed. I ended up booking an ultimate glam makeup session with Haylee and I could not have been happier with the way it turned out! Haylee so was knowledgeable, professional and mindful in everything she did. She used sanitary practices and informed me of everything she was doing. She made sure I was happy with the colors and shades of eye shadow, blush and lipstick before she applied them and her techniques made everything perfect. My makeup lasted beautifully through a couple tears and lots of kisses. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends or family and book with her in the future!"

"Went in for a toner and the girl was SO rude to me. Legit told me that toners don’t do anything. I have dry patches that are red in my face, and I wanted to get my skin to not be so dry and patchy. I have everything except toner and my DERMATOLOGIST recommended me to go get some. The girl persistently told me I can’t change my SKIN COLOR…… these want to be beauty gurus that they have hired at this location are UNEDUCATED and lack ACTUAL customer service. Stop hiring the “mean girls” and hire people that actually WANT TO HELP other people with makeup"
