"I took my 14 yr old son to this Great Clips. He had been refusing to cut his hair for about 9 mos. He had been having a rough time with school and other things. I was finally able to talk him into a haircut! ... yay! He has very naturally curly thick hair. I knew this would not be an easy job and was prepared to paid extra/good tip. A very nice young lady took him to her chair and without judgment, starting brushing out his hair getting it ready to cut. Another older lady decided to come over and join her. This older gal wasn't as nice from what I understand and was telling my son that they really weren't supposed to work on hair when it was like his and she repeatedly commented with "Oh, my gosh " and the like. She was not as non-judgmental as the younger lady. Luckily, she finally stepped away and the younger lady took good care of my son. I truly appreciate the care this young lady gave my son. I'm afraid I didn't get her name, but she was given a nice tip. For the older lady, please remember that you have no idea what the people have gone through that sit in your chair. Please be a little more open minded and understanding, because if I had heard you say those things to my son, this momma bear would have said a few things to you!!"
