"SCAMMER! Do not purchase Groupons or anything type of service from this so called business. I received the Groupon as a gift and scheduled an appointment for 2/11/2024. I confirmed both through email and text twice before my appointment yet I arrived to a business with no lights on and locked doors. I called the number provided and still to date have never received a call back. I never received any service and luckily got our $$ back from Groupon. This place is trash. Really hope people don’t support them and they go out of business."

"Like several other people who had appointments, I was stood up. I drove 45 minutes (each way), got to the building on Thursday 2/15 around 12:55pm with an appointment at 1pm. I waited 15 minutes before leaving. I tried calling -- the voicemail was full and also sent a note on Vagaro, the booking site. I'm not sure how you run a business when you don't show up for clients. I have to think the positive reviews on here are friends or are fake. I feel bad as my friend had purchased a groupon for a facial for me. Hopefully she can get her money back."

"Disappointed but not surprised. I had an appointment set for Tues the 13th and Brandi called and cancelled it an hour or so before it was scheduled. Said she had to go do something. So we rescheduled for Tuesday the 20th. I never received any kind of confirmation and after reading review after review where she has been unprofessional and stood up her clients,I called 2 hours before my appointment to confirm. Again no response. (Her system is set up so you schedule online you never actually get ahold of anyone when you call) So I arrived on time. Her studio space was completely dark and empty. I hung out for 15 mins and waited, but she never showed up. This isn’t unusual from her if you read her reviews on Groupon, Google maps and the platform she does her bookings through. She isn’t a professional and doesn’t respect people’s time. Don’t waste your money or time with her. I also haven’t received any kind of message apologizing for being stood up. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of amazing businesses out there that are worth supporting. This is not one."

"Still here waiting 40 min after my appt in front of a locked door, lights out, and no human to answer the phone. I am irate. I even got a confirmation yesterday. I also tried to message through FB as I was in complete shock someone wouldn’t be here. After reading several of the reviews on here and on her website, it sounds like this is a common issue."

"Had an appointment, showed up on time and the business looked closed. Left a email and left a voicemail and have not received a single word back. The business is either incompetent or a scam after I already paid for the appointment through Groupon, would recommend going elsewhere!"
