"Wow, what an odd experience I just had. I scheduled a general consultation with the hopes of getting an assessment of my skin and recommendation of a treatment plan. The person giving the consultation basically just gave me a 25 minute technical lecture about 6 different treatments, speaking so quickly I could not understand what she’s talking about. I asked several times if she could please slow down or try to explain the options in simpler terms, but no luck. Instead, she started describing various sales and promotions they do throughout the year. I’m not sure why this employee thought it was appropriate to pitch me on thousands of dollars worth of treatments without asking me any questions to try to understand what treatment might be right for my skin or lifestyle. She was not personable, and definitely did not adjust her sales pitch/lecture when I tried to ask questions. I’m not sure how someone with such low emotional intelligence could be placed in front of customers. Needless to say, this was a really disappointing experience that I had been looking forward to."

"Very cool location, nice front desk staff. I got a microdermabrasion, it was not very thorough (my practitioner did not double braid), one light go over the skin with some focus areas. The prep and cleanse were more thorough though and she gave me a good skin assessment. A little product pushing heavy for my taste especially on a first visit."

"I've tried multiple businesses for facials, IPL, peels and so on. DLS is by far the best med spa to book through. They have a consultative approach, it's not about a script and how much they sell at a time which is refreshing. There are monthly and annual deals and promos to take advantage of as well. They dont cost the most and they aren't least but you know that what you're paying for is safe and done well...and the results are 1000% worth the price paid!"

"I've been going to DLS for years and have loved my experience! The front desk always greets me with a smile as I walked in and super helpful. I've gotten TCA peels and Botox and all of my therapists have been very knowledgable and super friendly. They walk me through the steps as they do them and told me what to expect. I will warn you that it is a little tricky to find. You have to go in through Denver Athletic Club and take the elevator to the roof and you'll find it tucked away in the corner. It's not too complicated but I would give yourself a few extra minutes to find it"
