"Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received by ANY company. Totally incompetent staff, didn’t include the present I bought my granddaughter. Drove the long distance back, overcharged me, not one apology, and had an attitude and nasty words when I told them how they ruined my special day on my granddaughter’s birthday and how upset I was. A very condensed version of what they put me through. Go elsewhere!!!!"

"I called the lady working told her I'm gonna be there at 7:00 exactly just to grab scissors. Asked if that would be ok if she could stay open for me she said no problem! (I wouldn't have come if she said no) I pulled up at 7:01. She had the door locked and said they are closed. I told her we just spoke on the phone and you said you can wait for me? She just walked away. 1 star!!"

"The man that works the front is extremely un-helpful and kind of rude. Very judgemental and would rather walk the store spying on you from an aisle over then actually help you with your questions or finding what you need! I will not visit this store again"

"The need to update their hours ASAP! It shows that they close at 8pm, the close at 6pm, however unless you call them you won’t know until you get to the store!!! Not only that, but they say “be back in 10 minutes” on the window, and 25+ later, still not there… it’s very frustrating. Also, the last few times I’ve come here, the sales people won’t leave you alone. Super annoying."

"Tried to go here twice in 2 days. First time they closed 3 hours early so I tried again the next day in the afternoon and found a sign saying "back in 30 minutes" on the door. Seems like they only have one person working there? Talk about retail hell. Either close it down or hire enough staff. I ended up going to another location and getting exactly what I needed."
