"Helped my son book an appointment and we got an email confirmation. He drive 40 minutes to his appointment only to be told they cancelled his appointment because “the appointment had not been done right”. They could have emailed or called him. But they didn’t. Plus, if you accept only online appointments and you confirm those you better be able to explain what was wrong, but they couldn’t. So this is probably about his insurance cover, ie greed. So folks of you wanted a greedy doctor, make your appointment with Francavilla Brown."
