And when things don't always work out as planned and something is needing fixed or if delay has occurred for any reason outside of their control, they always find a way to take accountability and provide the best customer service and care. "My wife and I recently decided to update our home, and when it came time to remodel the kitchen, our designer recommended that we stop by Specialty Appliance in Louisville. We met with Kevin who showed us different brands and options that would fit our kitchen design. Ultimately, we selected Bosch Appliances and are very happy with our choice. When we ordered our appliances, Kevin warned us of possible availability issues with the particular dishwasher which we had selected. In fact, we received our dishwasher over six months after our other appliances were delivered (no fault of Specialty Appliance). During this time, Kevin kept in constant contact with us giving us updated information about the dishwasher and it's availability. Additionally, we appreciate how careful the installation crew was when our appliances were delivered. They were respectful of our newly painted walls and newly installed cabinets and flooring, and made sure everything was cleaned up after they left. "Jodi was very helpful in determining the best washer and dryer to meet our needs. We have a unique situation with a condensation pipe going to the floor drain under the washing machine. Jodi checked with installation people to determine what platform would work best for our situation. Specialty Appliance was the only store that would accommodate our needs for elevating the washer and dryer while providing clearance for the pipe. We will definitely be buying future appliances from Specialty Appliance! The price we paid was the same as what big box stores were charging, and we were very happy with the quickness of the delivery and installation, and the perfectionism of the installers."

"My wife and I have really enjoyed working with Specialty Appliance purchasing a Bosch refrigerator. First, compared to major retailers they have a lot more appliances on display and people with knowledge of all their features. We specifically worked with Alex who showed us all possible appliances and explained all the differences and pros/cons of each. He also shared his personal experience with some of the models. Second the store gives a great price. Third, not that I needed to use it, but they provide great help if there were something to happen to your appliance. Finally, their installers are also great. They are professional, give you a heads up when they are about to arrive, and take care of everything during installation. Definitely will be going back to them for future purchases."
