"If I could give no stars it would be too high. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. My radiologists set up an appointment with this place 2 weeks ago. Now, 2 days before my initial appointment, they called to cancel because they didn’t work with my insurance. I told them we could pay ourselves & have the insurance reimburse me but they refused service!! No option to self pay even. They were so rude on the phone. What happens to a caring atmosphere and “do no harm” commitment for medical professionals. Now, with breast cancer, I’m in a position to wait (probably 2 weeks) for another initial appointment with another facility."
