"The two doctors I have seen here are awesome....the scheduling team not so much. After my last appointment I was instructed to "call and make an appointment" for a blood draw in 4 weeks and a follow up with the doctor in 4 months. When I called to do this I was told multiple times by scheduling staff that I would need to wait for a call back. Of course this was wrong information and after two weeks of waiting for a call back I finally called again and talked to someone that knew what they were doing...got both appointments scheduled with in 3 minutes with that staff member."

"Well good news today. Thanks to all the good people at RMCC i received the good news that my full body bone scan was negative for metastatic prostrate cancer. So we just need to fight the prostrate cancer only. Better scenario to me. Great staff. Great doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend RMCC to anyone who has unfortunately been diagnosed with cancer."

"very disorganized - no one calls back - my doc said to have a hematologist review a very small quirk in my bloodwork-that was in June-I got a lot of push back to have a zoom call and it took until October for them to call me/november zoom call they never sent the link/I called their office for 3 days to get the link/no calls back. Finally they set it up again for today and in Nov sent the link. Today the link did not work. Called their office 4 times to get it resent/they sent it so encrypted no way to open it/they send another one/then I sat for one hour and ten min to get the doc on the screen. Every time I called they said they would get this rectified and it took all this time. No respect for people's time and trouble. From June to today I could have died if I had something serious with little concern from this staff to get me with a doctor. The doctor apologized and said they could not get anyone to come to work. then stop taking new patients. easy answer"

"Very disappointed with the disorganization of this practice. The people who answer the phones always seem to have a different way of either helping or diverting you to someone else. Then I don't get those messages returned until I've called multiple times. Once I do get someone to call me back, I get conflicting information about my insurance authorizations/billing. I suspect the pre-auths that didn't get filed properly way last April are due to office chaos. And I agree with previous reviewer that the lab people are less than pleasant. The doctor I have seen is OK, but rather nonchalant, and his suggestions twice have been in the form of asking me what I should do, rather than him recommending what I should do. Seems to me a doctor should be more committed to a course of action, as they're supposed to be the expert. All very bewildering. Once I get this issue taken care of, I will not be return to this practice."

"You are in good hands when you go in RMCC for treatment. The support staff at check in are dedicated to your needs. The nursing staff in the infusion area are very busy, yet they take the time to provide all your medical needs. In addition, they work hard to make you as comfortable as possible during your scheduled visits."
