Arrive 15 minutes early for a pre-session chat, and if the door is closed, relax on the pink couch while waiting. Cancellations or reschedules are accepted with a 48-hour notice, and any changes within that time frame may incur a 100% cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within seven days.
