"My therapist Katie abandoned me due to mixing up a make up appointment with a permanent appointment schedule. They removed me from the schedule without a conversation. I requested a new therapist and recieved an option for a male therapist. I agreed to the new therapist and August 24th and haven't heard anything back. I am considering filing an official complaint at this time."

"I love the Denver office. Emily (who does EMDR) has been amazing in my trauma recovery. Helen who works the front desk is funny and personable. I would highly recommend this counseling group to anyone and I have given out referrals to this office. Communication with the office is not only easy but quick as well! I do not think I would be healing from my trauma at this pace if it weren't for Emily/this entire counseling group."

"First and foremost, it was not easy contacting these people. I had to email, call, message over Google, several times in order to get a call back. They were not able to place me with the therapist I requested due to no new clients so they recommended one of their other therapists who had similar qualifications, after making an appointment for 3 weeks out, I get a call today, 2 days before the appointment with the news that they had a scheduling error and the therapist indeed cannot take any new clients either. And the lady who spilled the beans, no empathy for the fact that I am struggling with my mental health and have been searching for a therapist high and low and was waiting 3 weeks when I could have been looking this whole time. EDIT: Audrey contacted me and got me redirected to Kim, and sincerely apologized for the way things happened, I guess they had a new receptionist still in training. Since then, I have had nothing but positive experience. Kim and I had our first session and she is amazing I am really looking forward to the future with her."

"I have been using the counseling services with Stacy Rouse throughout the Covid19 pandemic. The office staff, in particular Audrey, were wonderful and helped guide me to the appropriate services. She got me in touch with Sondra who has provided me with a safe space to discuss my concerns. Even though I was not able to see her in person, she made for a safe and non judgmental environment. I also attended one group session online. I was unsure how that would work since we were all online and in different locations, some even in different states. I enjoyed that experience and they were able to ensure that we received all the materials necessary prior to the start of group. I would highly recommend Stacy Rouse Counseling to anyone looking for a new counselor."

"I had a preliminary appointment with a therapist about a month ago. Due to scheduling reasons, I haven’t been able to see her again despite her confirming a slotted time with me that would work. Since that initial appointment, I have had to HOUND them constantly to get an additional appointment. The receptionist isn’t kind in the least. For someone with a dehabilitating mental illness, I can only imagine how disheartening this process would be for them. I’m less bothered by my symptoms, but I shouldn’t have to call them multiple times in a week to get a call back. All the way around disappointed, because I liked the therapist I initially spoke with. Edit; still not a fan of the receptionist, but the office manager, Audrey, went above and beyond to fix the mistakes involved with my scheduling. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and swiftness of the resolution, but it did take posting this negative review for that to happen. Again, people needing immediate assistance with intense mental health issues would likely not have the resolve to adequately handle this situation."
