They helped forgo back surgery for nearly 3yrs; rehabbed me after 2 back and three shoulder surgeries!! It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will not go anywhere else. "Every time I’ve walked into Next Level for treatment over the past months, I’ve received friendly and helpful service starting with people at the front desk and continuing with PT and other treatment staff throughout my visits. "I had my ACL repaired in April of 2022. I was going there 2-3 times a week, and things were going great until August. I had an early morning appt after a long week, and I let my therapist know I was completely drained. For whatever reason, he decided that was the morning we were going to add weight to lunges. The issue with that is I couldn’t perform that exercise on both sides yet due to the fact that quad tendon was taken to repair my ACL. I guess maybe it’s on me a little because I’ve been an athlete my whole life and I’d never add weight to an exercise that I couldn’t perform on both sides, but I trusted them because they’re professionals and had done so well for me up to that point. By that night, I couldn’t even sit upright because my lower back hurt so much. They offered me one free session, and no other sort of compensation for it. The pain persisted after a few sessions, so I got an MRI, and I have a herniated L5. I am now almost a year and a half out from that injury, and I’m still trying to figure out how to return to all the activities I enjoy. I’ve spent $10,000+ out of pocket at this point trying to get relief from this debilitating pain, and while it’s improving slowly, I’ve missed out on so much because of it. Every other PT/massage therapist/acupuncturist I’ve seen is absolutely astounded that a PT would have advised adding weight to an exercise that couldn’t be performed body weight on the other side. Disappointed in their unwillingness to accept responsibility for the injury. I trusted them, and it’s costed me a year and a half of debilitating pain…not only can I not do the athletic activities I enjoy, but its also it’s been a massive disruption to basic daily tasks."
