"UPDATE - I received a call from Amy, the COO. She explained that this is very out of character for Amavi, but that they are also now looking at a few changes to help avoid this in the future. I'm appreciative and will be returning to see a different provider. Hopeful I get the good experience most of these reviews indicate. Not a good experience. Late for appointments; never got extensive medical report requested and sent; no preparation for appointment; wanted to discuss a medication I’ve been on for years from my neurologist. We went through this extensively at intake 3 weeks ago."

"I visited Amavi for services in 2021, and had some difficulties then with the company processing the billing. I brought these concerns to the office staff in 2022, and Ann (the Office manager) and Stacy (in Billing) helped me resolve them quickly, efficiently, and with compassion. They were able to look into the situation, respond appropriately, and quickly. The office staff is also wonderful!!"
