"Orchard Valley is a very good nursing home with a first rate staff. Whether it be Phyllis and Angie in the business office, Tracy at the nursing station, Molly in PT, Brea in Activities, or Carissa at the front desk, you will never find an edlercare team more devoted to the comfort and health of their patrons. I could mention more names, and should... but the list would be long. Suffice it to say, Orchard Valley is the best nursing home I have had the opportunity to work with. Thank you one and all."
"This place is a joke and do not care about anyone there. Things are constantly coming up missing but they all act dumb like they don’t know what you’re talking about. I hope the state shuts them down soon. Dangerous is an understatement."
"My Grandma lives here. She has been here for about 2 years.Everywhere has its issues and this isn’t the newest building but it is a great place for your loved one. The staff are so amazing with the patients and very welcoming to us. The employees will do whatever it takes to ensure we are satisfied with my Grandmas care and she is happy. The occasions we have been concerned about something with the facility it has been followed up on and resolved right away. It’s clean and doesn’t give the hospital feel as you would think a nursing home would. We have absolutely no complaints on Orchard Valley. They have been amazing to my Grandma and my family."
"Do NOT send your family member here or admit yourself here. My father had to go to a rehab center after spending two weeks in the hospital. The case worker sent me a list of rehab centers in the area and Orchard Valley had four stars with Medicare and I honestly do not know how they have four stars. My father complained to me every day about this rehab center saying they were not attentive. I was hopeful that he would be able to leave soon so I could get him into assisted living closer to me. After spending four days there he passed away. He called for help but the staff was busy and he had a heart attack. I was also not notified until 12 hours later from when he passed and not from the facility itself. They also wouldn't talk to me or release any information to me for hours! This place is truly awful and believe that my father would still be alive today if he wasn't staying at this facility. I want to share my story so no other family has to go through what I did. Our nations system for elderly people is horrific and Orchard Valley is part of the problem."
