"*Beware* of the billing practices of this office: I was a new patient at this office, and came in for a routine exam. No health issues, no treatment was prescribed, just your routine annual exam. However, since I had cancer 5 years ago (when I lived in another state), Dr. Python decided to bill TWO office visits and used a diagnosis code from that 2015 cancer. I’m currently cancer-free, how is that even legal? So instead of a $0 copay, I was surprised to receive an invoice for $25 from this practice – plus another $100 from the lab which should also have been covered by my insurance for an annual exam. Per the office manager, the Dr. felt the visit was long (?)... Interesting that Dr. Python used my appointment to tell me about a $2,000 procedure that was not covered by insurance. I went through multiple cancer surgeries and radiation and never had to deal with anything like this. Disappointing and shocking way treat cancer survivors. Kimberly the office manager has been following up for weeks with texts, emails, letters and calls, telling me I have to pay for TWO office visits or they are threatening collections. My insurance company is working to resolve this and noted a complaint can be filed with the state."
