"We just used Night Owl for 4 overnights while we were on a vacation and I cannot recommend them enough! When I first contacted them, they were speedy and helpful. They sent me a few candidates to look through and from what I could tell, they were all qualified and amazing options. After a few phone calls to caregivers, my husband and I chose to work with Ambre. Ambre spent the week at my parents house and cared for my 6 week old at their house overnight. She was flexible with this ask and the set up and I felt confident leaving my parents alone with two kids knowing that she was there to help with the littlest one. Ambre was on time every night, great with our son and my parents gave her an absolutely glowing review. She gave my mom tips on how to feed the baby more efficiently during the day and also gave her tips on sleep training to pass along to me when I returned from our trip. She was only with him for a few nights and he is already sleeping longer stretches because of her advice. Overall, an excellent experience and we will definitely be using Night Owl and Ambre again!"

"I have had two amazing experiences with using Night Owl since my twin boys were born. We used them for both a night nanny when the boys were first born and a sleep trainer when they were a little older. I absolutely loved both of the women that worked with us, Ashley & Naomi. I was hesitant to hire a sleep trainer as I wasn't sure if it would actually work but I finally went for it and it was worth every penny! My boys who were waking up multiple times a night are now after 5 nights with Naomi my boys are now sleeping 12 hours without waking up! Thank you for the wonderful help, your agency made the first year with twins amazing and manageable! My only regret is not doing the sleep training earlier!"
