"Ive gone to this location quite a few times and never been disappointed in drinks that were made but today March 24th 2024 went in to get a boba drink and did not see anyone in sight yet all 5 employees were on the ground sitting playing on nintendo switch behind register where no one can see them and one of employees was in their PJ like he just got out of bed with messy long hair and went to work. Never seen so much unprofessionalism in a business. Guy in PJ rushed my drink out looking pretty rushed, did not look like how i got my drink before past previous times. Because of how unprofessional these workers were today i did not want to talk to the workers about my drink looking half rushed. I hope the owner sees this and can take this matter very serious in his workers!"
