"Great atmosphere, supreme broistas! The quality of my drink fluctuates so it is hit or miss if I am going to enjoy my coffee each visit. That does not reflect poorly on them as a company, you'll get that anywhere you go for coffee. Each barista does things differently. I love coming for the smiles and amazing customer service."

"I have always had a great experience at this Dutch bros in the morning. The service is great! Every employee is so nice. The atmosphere is great. But when I come in the evening, it’s the exact opposite. 30+ minute wait times with only 5 cars in front of you, rude employees, and bad drinks. I love Dutch Bros so much but waiting 30+ minutes for a tea is ridiculous."
