Fika Coffee House

"This was the first time I visited Fika Coffee House, but it won't be the last. The line was out the door, but the two folks behind the counter must have some kind of coffee-making magic, because the long line moved remarkably fast. There seems to be a bit of a cult following; when I mentioned to the woman ahead of me in line that it was my first time there, several other patrons joined in the conversation to tell me how great it is. And I knew they were right, because the heavenly aroma of coffee wafted it to the sidewalk. The atmosphere is so cozy and fun. I met my friend at a little table with an actual lamp and two comfy chairs. In a corner a young man simultaneously worked on a laptop and strummed a guitar. I couldn't resist trying an eggnog latte, and it was lovely - a little sweet for me first thing in the morning (but that's on me - eggnog is really sweet. It's hard making decisions before coffee) but absolutely delish. My friend had just a black cup of what ever their daily brew was, and I almost stayed after he had to leave to get a cup to try, because of how good it smelled. I highly recommend this coffee shop. And if you get there and there's a line, be comforted that it will move quickly, and in no time, you'll have a cup of bliss in your hands"

"I'm pretty sure we need a Fika Coffee down here in Colorado Springs. This place is amazing! Great people serving fantastic coffee drinks. Don't miss out on the cranberry scones - I may have cried a little bit when we got to the last bite. We'll be back!"

"i can't really speak on the food, but i love fika coffee house !! the people behind the counter are ALWAYS friendly + treat ya like you're family. then the drinks are so yummy !! it's a bit expensive, but i think it's still a great value. the seating areas are sooo comfort + cozy, though they get filled pretty quickly, but that's really just because this place is so popular !!"

"I've been to Fika a number of times, and it is always excellent!! Great selection of coffee, tea, and other drink options, and an excellent choice of snacks. The place is always clean and has great customer service. The best part of Fika is the atmosphere - it's the perfect coffee shop to talk with friends or to study quietly at a table. It's always busy and yet there is enough seating, I've never had trouble finding a table. My fellow customers have been friendly - Fika has built a great community of loyal customers over the years. 5 out of 5 stars for every visit!"

"Wonderful coffee. Really nice staff. Great ambiance. Wood paneling and earth tones help give the dowtown Parker staple a rustic but welcoming feel. Usually, there is plenty of seating, though weekends can be hopping/quite busy. It's probably the best coffee in town, yet somehow still keeps some of the best prices as well. A variety of fantastic looking pastries and other foods are offered as well."
