"The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the service was prompt and friendly and kind. However, I was given a small cocoa that was two thirds of the way filled *at best* even with whipped cream, and it was very obviously some sort of swiss miss or other instant cocoa. paying 4$ for a small instant cocoa that didn't even fill the cup is downright insulting to customers, and I hope they read this and pay attention. I'm willing to visit again and try other things, but i won't be ordering cocoa."

"I used to like this place, but not anymore. I returned here again after a couple of years. It was Tuesday noon , there were almost no people there. 1. At first, the girl at the checkout said that she didn’t know how to explain what “drip coffee” was. I ordered a latte and an americano. It turned out that they didn’t have medium size, just small or large. It ok. 2. Besides, she forgot about the Americano. 3. After a long wait, I discovered that the coffee was not tasty. Even my husband, who drank the latte, noted that the taste was so bitter that it was more like espresso than latte. I am disappointed"

"I had been planning to visit this coffee shop for a while. I follow the owner, Eric, on TikTok (@javadadlife) and I was very excited. I had never been to Denver before, but Java Groove is a definite go to. The coffee shop was very cozy and very laidback. I was mostly in awe of the environment and finally meeting Eric for the first time. I thought the service was great, the food was delicious, and just gave such a positive vibe. Eric is very wholesome when it comes to interacting with customers. I had a very positive experience when I was the a few days ago. I would definitely come back."
