"Jodie was an amazing spirit and attitude. She helped make our day so much better even though her day wasn't going incredible and helped us refuel after our 5hr trip to Copper that never happened because I-70 was closed. I hope she is appreciated in this environment and loved by the owner. She is an irreplaceable asset for them! Food was really good. Those crawdads made me so happy."
"Awesome spot! I was traveling through town and of course was in town on probably the busiest day of summer for this town. The Dam duck race day! I missed the even but tried several spots in town while I was there for the day and this place was one of my favorites! The bartender had even volunteered at the event then worked an entire shift! Cold cheap beer and had some live music that day as well. I sampled the crab cakes which were Amazing. Bartender was Amazing. Great conversation with others at the bar. If in the area this is a great spot to stop into and check out meet the locals and have a good drink."
"Limited selection of bar food and with an emphasis on seafare. Not a lot of seating but with an outdoor deck over looking the highway. Not a lot of parking but from that deck you can watch a lot of cars circling. The waitress was very accommodating and attentive. We will probably go back."
"A. The food is great at reasonable prices. B. It's a great vibe and environment. But really I'm writing this review for Krystal. She is amazing! She's so kind and I'm telling you right now that I'm here on a busy Friday night. She's the only bartender/server on and still has to run up and down the stairs to get the food. She is FAST and makes every person feel important and seen. You have a real gem in her. I am so happy that there is such a great place in Evergreen!"
"Love the Bait Shack. Great little local spot to grab a beer and a bite. I would highly recommend the fish sandwich. The wings are good too. Be a little patient if they're busy as employees are tough to come by right now. The location is fabulous when the weather is nice, right in the heart of downtown. If you're lucky, you may even get to see an elk traffic jam!"
