"I always enjoy getting a pretzel when I shop at the mall. This was my first time at Chapel Hills Mall. I got some Auntie Anne’s for my daughter and I. We got some pretzel nuggets . These were hot and fresh and had the perfect amount of seasoning. The people who helped us Tammy and Kenzio I believe , were super friendly and actually recommended the pepperoni pretzel nuggets that we ordered..which by the way were amazing. Thanks for the great suggestion. Pleasant experience and I hope I can come back again soon ."
"This was a terrible experience. I showed at 6:07 to an empty store. On the counter there was a janky sign that said "On break be back shortly". I waited about 3 minutes before 2 employees walked up together and the first said "Sorry I thought my coworker was going to be here. All we have is what's in the case. We do last call at 6." All they had left was 3 salted pretzels and an almond pretzel that the first guy was willing to sell me but the second guy said was too old to sell. I happened to be picking up an online order that was surprisingly fulfilled but it was filled with burnt (literally black on the bottom) bites. I think it's crazy to close an hour early and offer only drinks. 10 people tried to get pretzels after me within the next 10 minutes with no luck. Wasted a trip for no reason."
