"This place is special. The artists are all wonderful people and each is a true specialist. Today I had the pleasure of having FlipShades (Rick) create an unbelievably special tattoo for me. Rick thoughtfully worked with me to perfectly represent my daughter's drawing. An expert tattoo artist, Rick is an even kinder person. I will most definitely be back at Long Live Tattoo Collective for another tattoo from Rick, along with tattoos from the other artists in the shop."

"I walked in on a whim, and I'm so happy that I did. Rick and Anthony were beyond helpful as I told them the concepts of what I wanted done. They listened, added their ideas and helped me come up with the perfect plan. As we discussed the concepts, they helped me find other artists in the building that specialize in the styles and subject matter that I am looking for. It all resulted in a five phase plan that will incorporate four artists to get all of the things I want done. For phase one, Anthony did a blackout piece on my forearm. Some may think of a blackout as an easy piece, but it is not. Anthony designed the edges to incorporate my existing art, and leave the right lines for the work I have planned in the future. He made sure it looked deliberate and elegant, rather than just a large black block. He took his time, making sure there were no blotches or spots in my arm, while also being efficient with my time. The price was spot on, if not a little on the low side for the quality of the work. Anthony is a blackout master, no question about it. To fully cap off the experience, Rick put on movies that all the customers present wanted to watch, which made for a perfect environment. I will not be going to any other studios and neither should you."

You can really tell he has a passion for what he does and the art he is creating. I had been eyeing his work on Instagram for a bit and I'm so happy that I went with him!"

"I debated for a while before deciding to write this review. First off the people here are really cool and I had a good experience while in the shop. However that doesn't change the fact that I am incredibly disappointed in the end result of my tattoo. I was tattooed by Rae and the tattoo was a drawing of a monster that my best friend had created for me. There are issues with the line work, the coloring, places that she forgot to color, messed up details etc. I have already gotten in touch with a different artist to discuss what can be corrected. It would be one thing if this were just something made up, but it had meaning for me, I told her before beginning what parts were VERY important to me and still those things were either fudged or omitted. Make your own choices, just sharing my experience."
