"Adam was helpful. The Ticket Office Business practices are absurd. I went to the Denver Center of the Performing Arts Ticket Office to buy tickets for the Nutcracker and Christmas Carol, both presented in the DCPA. Turns out, every theater has their own ticket office. It is of course very inconvenient when you're standing there, quite inconvenient. Poor Adam gave me the number for the ballet, option 2, no answer. I won't be going this year. If their goal is to raise money, if their goal is to perform, if their goal is to make a profit, one simple rule: Always be prepared to take your customer's money. For the proprietor, and for the customer. Have you ever been made to wait to pay your bill at a restaurant and no-one is at the register for a couple of minutes and you are literally trying to pay them money? Same thing, only more inconvenient."
