About the Business

Denver Performing Arts Complex

The Denver Performing Arts Complex, located at 1400 Curtis Street in Denver, Colorado, is a hub for live performances and cultural events. The complex is home to several theaters and performance spaces, showcasing a variety of shows including plays, musicals, concerts, and dance performances.

Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Arts Complex Parking Garage, with the 13th Street garage entrance closed through early April. Once 13th Street reopens, the Arapahoe Street garage entrance will close through May. Expect delays and consider alternative transportation or nearby parking options.

We acknowledge that the Denver Performing Arts Complex is located on the traditional territory of the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho Peoples. We also recognize the 48 contemporary tribal nations historically tied to the lands in Colorado. This acknowledgment is a commitment to dismantling legacies of oppression and inequities, honoring and celebrating Indigenous communities in our city.

Visit the Denver Performing Arts Complex for a night of entertainment and cultural enrichment, while also reflecting on the history and significance of the land on which it stands.

"Great facility! Beautiful inside. Seating is a bit tight, but still a great view of the stage from pretty much everywhere. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Staff were great, very personable, extremely helpful. Went to see Hairspray, and it was great!! The lighting and sound was perfect... couldn't ask for a better night out!"

"Adore these opportunities and Message In A Bottle. I cannot say enough how artistic and incredible this performance was. I have no words for what the dancers were able to give to this music, it was like they were so supple and athletic they were the melody and the words. I have never seen anything like this dancing. Bravo !"

"It is a beautiful place to visit and the performances are great. The only downside is being downtown. The traffic and parking are pretty awful. Definitely plan ahead and arrive early to deal with traffic and have backup in case the parking lot is full. We got there 2 hours before the show so we could grab dinner nearby and were still late."

"Great place to see live entertainment!! Multiple venues with a wide variety of shows from Broadway to Concerts to many more. Located in downtown Denver with lots of parking options. Many different food choices for before or after the show!"

"A nice staple in Downtown Denver if you want to watch a show or just to walk through. The place was kinda surprisingly clean for a place in downtown, working elevators, great sculptures, and great views. Worth coming here to hang out or catch a show here."
