"Awesome store with a solid selection of all things beading. We bought some chains and the lovely woman attached the clasps and beads we wanted right there in the store! We went back to get a small readjustment and it was a different lady working who was really quite rude and sassy about it. Thankfully she apologized later and told us any readjustments are free and no problem anytime and tried to chat us up w a better attitude, but we still left not feeling so positive about the experience. Still love the business, just be wary of a potentially grumpy lady!!"
"I was just there and spent about 10 minutes walking around. The entire time the woman who was working was on the phone complaining about how people have been stealing things and how she would be more vigilant. I had questions about some products and tried getting her attention the whole time, mind you I was the only person in there for at least 5 minutes, and she wouldn’t even glance my way. Wonderful store, beautiful products, but the lack of customer service is why I’ll never go back."

The manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable. She's helped me pick out gifts, including a necklace for my partner. When the chain wasn't the right fit, she helped create one out of leather rope."
