"By far the WORST experience in my whole life I almost never write reviews, especially negatives ones but I had too. I simply wanted OCB King Size Papers and RAW tips. A request that is quite elementary. Clueless employee didn't know anything about rolling papers or tips. Okay fine, maybe you have a different preference. Then forgot to hand me my papers after I ordered them. Then another employee handed me tiny rolling papers instead of tips. The whole thing was Amateur hour at its finest. For some reason, I trusted her since, you know, she works THERE. Driving home I realize the mistake. I immediately go back but the clueless employee acts like I'm an inconvenience. Excuse me. I was taken back but okay. He was worried about BOTHERING the owner. He doesn't want to interrupt their day to explain why he has to refund paper's because they've not tips. And to be honest, if he knew what he was doing he wouldn't have needed the other employee's help. I never been treated that bad. How am I the least of your concerns when I was just sold the wrong item. He didn't know what to say or what to do. Just clueless. I hope it was it first hour on the job because if not, the owner needs to think about who is representing their shop. I'm SO GLAD Amanda was there. Although she made a mistake, she take accountability for it . After letting them know i don't have all day - a quick solution was found but it WAS NOT ideal. It got the job done. And i was able to get out of there. The other employee was just going to have me wait there until the owner TEXTED back. Can you believe that? I almost lost my sh*t. I understand things happen but the employee just simply has to do better than that. If i didn't have a flight to catch I would have stayed until I was able to talk the owner face to face about the employee lack of overall skills, especially customer experience. It was the WORST experience I never had and all i wanted was tips and papers. Imagine starting off your Sunday writing a bad review. lol. Hope this helps someone."
