"overall a 5 out of 5 experience, went in today with technical mod problems and within a few moments of walking in the door, i was already greeted and asked if i needed anything. safe to say after some trouble shooting it was determined it was time for an upgrade, few questions later and i had a brand new mod, with 0 issues. thank you to both workers (i forgot to ask for names) for being patient and super informative on mods and prices, officially a new regular. side note, thank you for throwing in the battery, seriously made my entire weekend end on a huge highlight, will be stopping by more often!"

"Went in about 9:30pm, shortly before close previous night, bought two of the same disposable vape. Tried them in store, worked fine then. When I got home with them and tried them, I found one to be miss firing, because they were closed I waited till morning and went back to see if I could exchange it. Was told they don’t do refunds or exchanges only if you had just left the store. They offered %15 off in compensation but I refused, will not be taking my business there again, first shop I’ve run into that won’t exchange a faulty product they sold. I will not pay more for a faulty product."
