"It was a terrible experience. I've spent money on vapes and just last week I bought a 20 pack of cones. I know I could buy offline for much cheaper but I try and buy local cause I like seeing small businesses stay open I'll pay a little extra. This time I came in just for a cigar. On wrapper said it was a dollar so I got three it came up to 4 dollars and some change. I asked if it could be the posted price cause that's what your supposed to do and everyone else in Colorado does it. I just said I'm not going to buy it and that's illegal but I'll put it back. When I went to do the right thing I thought dude went out of line I don't care if you tried from working give me the same respect. He pushed my hand out way and said get the duck out the store. I won't come back I work at the arc sometimes I walk over for a smoke. Pathetic I put a one star I'll change it if you come over and apologize."

"If I could give no stars I would. So I have been going here since I moved to the area a little over 6 months ago, and up until now some where between 9 and 9:30 this morning I have been a loyal customer and had/caused no problems before. But after today I wouldn't recommend them to anyone i know. Today, approximately around the time I mentioned earlier, I had entered tobacco kings to get my usual pickup. Just a regular size bag of tobacco no big deal, I had barely walked in the store smiled at the clerk behind the counter and reached for the bag when I was told to leave without any clue as to why. I have no idea if I just look similar to someone who has caused problems for them before but I know I have done nothing to warrant such treatment. The young man had claimed to be the owner of the store and if this is the case and this is how their owner treats loyal customers then don't expect me to spend even a cent at this store."

"the new owners here are nothing nice. my 1st bad experience with them was I went in close to closing ready to spend about 100.00 and at the closing time to the min he pretty much chased me out the door spending 20.00 dhe did not want anymore of my m9ney . had I been the owner I would've wanted to make that money. can anyone say money laundering...so it took me a long time to go I'm there again. huy was nice until I called him when I got home to let Jim know he never put my receipt in bag .and that the most expensive butane I could get from there was damaged éd. the tip was broke off or just plain had no tip . I bought it this way and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. It came that way and he woyldnt exchange it for me. so it is useless I can't even use it. very very bad customer service. I will never go back there to spend my money they don't need obviously. I can't see this place lasting very long with only one timer customers. It's the repeat customers that keep you in business. I read the other reviews and seems to be a common com0laint with this place. beware if you can go elsewhere you should..."

"I started going here when another store in town treated me wrong. But this guys have been great talk to me about my day and my job they remembered me even after I had tried to quit smoking and didn't show up for a few months, and after started smoking again they even offered me some quit smoking add before I could even think about smoking again which was kind of them. They are really great and I love coming in and seeing them I only get my tobacco products from them until I fully quit. Which I have expressed to them and they still treat me great and great me the same everytime even though they know I will not buy from them when I quit. I have sent a few customers to them and will continue to. They have great prices and product. Thank you, Tobacco King"
