"Bad Customer Service, Don't Shop Here Person behind the counter gave me different flavors of vape juice than the ones I asked for, he slipped menthol in, which I cannot stand. I went back to return them and was told that returns weren't accepted on e-juice, even though it was the employee's mistake. I was willing to take the loss on the bottle that I opened because I could have looked closer before opening it, but the bottles are kept behind the counter and I couldn't even see that the employee had lied about the flavor before I purchased it, so I expected that the unopened bottle would be taken back with an apology for my inconvenience, but instead I'm down $40 and two wasted trips to little dog. I really am surprised that this poor customer service is the standard here and I won't be returning as a customer."

"Bought a bong here today, took it home and realized it didn't fit my girlfriend's face. She couldn't get a seal around the mouthpiece which makes it worthless to us. I took it back to the store immediately but was pretty worried because most places I know of have a no refunds policy. When I got there... the owner gave me full store credit, helped me find a beautiful local piece that functions just how we wanted, then upgraded the downstem, and THEN applied the original discount to the second piece. This is the second tube I've bought from here and both times were good but today was PEAK CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll be a customer here for life. Thank you, thank you, Andy!"
