"Bought a Nord 5 kit for 65 dollars and it’s obviously defective as it is burning through coils and makes delicious juices taste nasty. My wife has a nord 5 that works perfectly and taste amazing so we know it’s the unit I bought from this store. Tried to go back to the store to exchange it for a new unit and was only offered 10 percent off buying a brand new one. So now I’m out 65 dollars. Please do not shop here."
