"I just had my band repaired and resized with Hugh’s and I cannot say enough amazing things! I bought a new wedding band a couple of years back from Helzberg. Since I got it I have lost EVERY single diamond in it at least once. I was so sick of taking it in to be repaired for the same thing over and over again and they were charging me $350 for each repair! On a whim I stoped at Hugh’s on Saturday to see what they would quote on a fix. They only wanted $200 to replace the missing diamond and rebuild the posts to make sure I don’t keep losing diamonds. Also bonus points to the lovely woman who knew I wasn’t there to buy but noticed me looking so she took time out of her day to show me so many different beautiful pieces with zero sales pitches! She even told me I’m welcome to come back and visit whenever and she’ll always be happy to let me try on and see anything I want to look at. Really amazing place with amazing people. I’ll be shopping here for all my jewelry!"
