"Craig was extremely nice! He walked me through everything, was very polite and professional. Kept me updated on everything as they went on. Very comfortable with having them over. Moore sent out communication on who was coming and they arrived on time! I had some concerns about the way my house has the doorbell transformer set up and they even brought out an electrician to make sure it was up and running. Craig walked me through how to set up the new thermostat and even took a minute to try to pet my dog (he asked permission) but my dog just hid. They were so awesome I could have asked for a smoother experience."
