"I contacted Johnson Garage Door a day after the holiday was pleased to get an appointment the same day! They responded very quickly and repaired my double garage door, so that we could get our cars out. I asked if he had time to look at the single garage door as they were the same age etc. He not only took the time but found one of my cables starting to fray that would eventually lead to a failure on the door. I had him replace everything on this door as well. Our technician was very polite, patient and professional. He cleaned everything up and explained their warranty. He was patient and very knowledgeable about what we wanted and expected. I would easily recommend this company for your garage door needs."
"Great service. I got an advice, super fast ordering, different options available. 5 year warranty. Flexible installation scheduling. I got doors so quick I had to ask them to wait a bit since we were not ready with framing. Ian was super helpful during the process, Greg did great job installing. I placed an order mid December they were ready to install in less than 10 days. For comparison - big box stores were only scheduling delivery for mid February."
