"I called, I emailed, I texted. Occasionally they would get back to me but in the I think they were too busy to take on any projects for me. I had a couple in wall speakers I wanted to get replaced and some cable management projects one for a big media setup and one for my office. When I spoke with someone they seemed helpful but sounds like they're very loaded up with projects. They asked for some photos and details on the 2 separate occasions I came to them with projects. After I sent them I never heard back either time. If they're too busy to take on the work just say so and it would be just fine. In the end it came off unprofessional and unfortunate. In the end I called another place and in a matter of days I had someone out and the speaker job was done and looks and works great."

"All I can say is that this is an amazing company !! Spoke with Troy on Monday afternoon and he had installers at my house the next day. TJ and Nathan did an absolutely amazing job installing my new TV and Soundbar including moving my outlet behind the tv and hiding all of my cables. They did all of this in about an hour and asking me questions throughout the install about my preferences. I will only use this company for my next install in my basement. Amazing company !!!"

"I contacted Troy at Denver Sight and Sound on a Monday and they were able to come out the next day for an estimate. The price was fair and they had an opening later in the week, so I was able to get my new system installed before the Football Games started on Sunday! I had one problem with the system and Troy came out the next day and we were able to get everything working perfectly! Troy even gave me a nice discount for paying with ca$h!
