"Fun movie theatre in downtown Denver. We ordered our tickets online and didn't realize we picked seats that were REALLY close to the front of the theater. We intended to sit in the back and the staff were very helpful getting our seats swapped out so we could enjoy our movie experience. Fresh popcorn and great Icee drinks."
"It's bad enough to have 20 minutes of movie previews + theater self-advertising before a film. It's unforgivable to add 10 minutes of corporate TV ads to the scheduled movie time. I get it the industry is suffering and you need revenue but this is not the way to get repeat customers."
"They validate parking for up to 4 hours. Friendly Staff. Theater is decent until you actually watch the movie. Some seats don’t recline and there is no heat when you actually sit down to watch the movie. I’d recommend not watching a movie here, who ever is running it is putting profits over customer experience. If I’m taking time to review this…it’s because it’s that bad."
"Boyfriend and I decided to go see a movie while visiting downtown Denver on vacation and it was okay. Biggest negative was my recliner didn’t work and the one next to my boyfriend didn’t work either. Yeah, I am going need Regal to inspect and maintain their chairs because it impacts the customer experience. Movie opening didn’t have sound either. It was dirty tables and floors too. The sound eventually kicked in but yeah it wasn’t an ideal experience. I can’t recommend this theater until they make some needed improvements. Please be better!"
