"Adams plumbing came to my house to quote a job. They showed up to do the walk through, but that's all they did. They never returned the quote to me and never responded after I sent plans and followed up. While going through the walk through, they recommended I install a radiant heat system and that they can support the install/set up of the boiler unit and pre-assembled board. I called and sent follow up emails but they never responded again...Based on the reviews, seems like this may be the norm. Good luck getting ahold of this company."
"I would not recommend Adam's Plumbing. The new owners (Melody, Chris and Sarah) took on previous signed Adam's Plumbing contracts and are not able to fulfill the scope of work as contracted (ie do not have the right employee labor/skillset to do new construction). We had faulty work done on new build (radiant heat and new plumbing), unfinished work and they never showed up to repair. Other subs told us Adam's Plumbing had to call the inspectors back over 4 times to get approved for some of the work. They do not respond to calls or emails to remedy the problems they caused. I now have to go the legal route to be reimbursed for a job they did incorrectly which has caused a shift in our bathroom plans. Stay away at all costs, especially if you are doing new construction."
"Hired Adams to fix my Idaho Springs home's toilet flange/gasket after I'd tried several times, unsuccessfully, because my floor isn't completely flat, and another company in Denver gave me an exorbitant quote. Marcus was helpful on the phone when I called, and Matt was friendly and professional when he showed up to do the work. He got done quickly and offered to help with any other plumbing issues I had since they charge an hourly rate, and I know he was honest with his work because he provided some info that others hadn't. I'd hire them again."
