"I have been going to a different repair shop for years. Over the last year the service has severely diminished. A pretty severe problem had been repeatedly over looked. I made an appointment with Firestone in Evergreen Colorado. Brenson and his team were very through and had great customer service. Firestone in Evergreen Colorado has earned my repeat business"

"The store manager in Evergreen Colorado is super fantastic. He had one reasonable customer to my right and one completely out of control angry customer to my left, with me in the middle. ( the unreasonable dude was that way before he entered the store) He handled all of us with great detail AND a smile. Everyone needs to know about and go to Firestone Evergreen! Ps I gave his card to my husband who gladly took it."

"So just a heads up to everyone if you schedule an appointment to get tires on a Sunday. Don’t bother showing up. Made an appointment the day before drove an hour and half to this location to be told they don’t do tire services on Sunday. Courtesy call would have been nice guys."

"Beware of this place. They will sell you tires and then try to sell you tires again when you only have 7000 miles on them. Then they will tell you that you need new tires but not give you any pro rated discount on the tires that you bought from them that were supposed to be good for 50000 miles. I guess I assumed it was industry standard that they would at least pro rate tires and give you a discount off a new set if they don't last. Take your car to discount tires or big o tires because they will do that for you there."

"Place is in trouble. Had an issue where a car wouldn't start but was showing a check engine light. Called John, the manager, asking if I could tow it to him and he indicated they would be able to look at it the next day. Next day authorized a full diagnostic for a fee. He called me a day later after trying to start and move the vehicle to tell me it wouldn't start and I would need a new starter, at almost $1300. I asked if we had a diagnostic, including which engine error codes were being sent. He asked about authorization for the starter and I declined until the diagnostic was complete. The next day I called for status and he indicated he was waiting on authorization for the starter. I asked again about the codes. No codes. 6 days after towing the vehicle to the shop I went in. SAME EXACT CONVERSATION - do I authorize the starter. I asked if he was sure about that starter and why and he could not answer. He sent a tech out to finally check codes and could not due to internet not reaching into the front parking lot. I asked if we needed to move the vehicle closer to which he stated angrily, "it won't start." Apparently cars that don't start can't be moved at this shop. I asked if the car was just going to sit there forever and he frustratingly told me he was new and didn't have staff. I stated that would have been a good conversation to have before I towed it in. After more heated discussion I asked for the key and had it towed to a competitor's shop. Have never been ecstatic about the service at Firestone in Evergreen but it seemed to meet or exceed others in town. Had much service completed there on 3 vehicles. NEVER AGAIN. I recommend some communication and customer service courses for the new manager. Staffing is not the problem."
