"We have used Cintas in the past for matt service. I was approached by Derek, who is one of their Reps, and informed me of all the other services that are provided. Derek has been so patient with me and providing me and our facility with much need information and guidance. With the recent addition in Fire Protection services. They have been great to work with, and have also assisted us with Non-Profit pricing. Their technicians as well as their reps have been professional, courteous and personable. Steven and Brooklyn just finished our emergency lights and provided friendly and professional service."

"If you truly want an honest review you will read this in its entirety. We bought our house in June. Through the inspection report we were told our AC/Furnace was good for a couple more years. As most homeowners know, 50% of the time it's not the truth. Well, we were the latter of the 50% and ended up with a broken AC and were potentially looking at no heat for winter. We have home appliance insurance, and our first step was to contact them and get someone out. Epic fail. The person came out and said they could maybe clean it and it would cost roughly $1000 and it would for sure break after they cleaned it. We weren’t willing to accept that and throw away $1000 to turn around and need to buy a new set up. We then decided to call 2 other companies in addition to the company that our insurance sent out. Each one said something different with zero sympathy or understanding to why 3 different companies had different answers. “You need your evaporator coil cleaned”. “There is no way to clean this unit – it's too old”. At any rate, after paying all these companies fees to come look at our AC/Furnace, we decided to take 1 last ditch effort to understand and make an informed decision about what to do with our predicament. We called Allen Service. The scheduler worked to get 2 technicians out and I didn’t know at that time what I was getting into so I had a little chip on my shoulder (which I hope you can understand). I was ready to drill these techs and get to the bottom of this. First, Anthony and Memo came to our door. They were literally the first technicians to not walk in our home with their shoes on! Some might think that is no big deal, but my first thought was “they are conscientious” and thoughtful right off the bat. After I rambled my frustrations, they assured me that they would be assessing and then we would have clear communication about their findings. Phew, thank goodness Anthony and Memo are highly educated in their field. I asked them 101 questions and I was confident their answers were legitimate and transparent to our true needs. We sat down and went over several options that made sense for us. We were not pushed – we were given plenty of options. We were explained what we could and could not pair together. We learned more in that 1-hour appointment then we did in 4 hours with 3 other companies. About 2 days later, we called Allen Service back up. Scheduled the install and specifically asked that Anthony and Memo perform it. The end of this review is simple. If you want to know what is going on with your HVAC, if you want to be educated about what exactly your money is going to, and you want people to treat your home like their own – Call these guys! It’s that simple. I am more than thankful for these 2 gentlemen and the care and expertise they offered our family. It is hard to find genuine, hard-working, reliable people these days. Once we realized they were branching out their business to serve locations south of Fort Collins we jumped at the opportunity. Excellent service from our installer Guillermo, he really made sure our home was taken care of. Very mindful with our floor when he brought the equipment in. Also I’m not sure if this is as important to most people but he was great with our dogs too!"
