"Two days ago, I purchased a large bottle of makers mark. It was for an event that I am bartending. Today I went back to return the item and get a smaller bottle. The bottle had never been opened, was not damaged and they would not take it back. my family spends a lot of money in this liquor store. And to not make a simple exchange for a smaller size is bad business. I have been a professional bartender for hire for many years and all of my clients are able to return unopened liquor to many stores in the Denver metro area. You’ve lost a customer"
