"Placed an order from this location through Drizzly, ETA was between 1130am -1153am. The driver sent a message stating they would be late.... I sent emails to Drizzly and called. Two hours later the driver claims they delivered the order around noon... they did not. Whomever "delivered" the order didn't check an ID Bensimon I never received the order. This tells me they didn't verify age or identity and probably left an ALCOHOL order on someone's doorstep UNVERIFIED! I will NEVER use this service or shop at this store again."

"Do not place delivery orders from this establishment. I placed a delivery order through drizzly hours ago and they have marked the order as delivered twice, yet I have not received it. The first time I thought it was a mistake and had drizzly contact them and update the status back to en-route and waited for my order. I waited another half hour, and they again marked it as delivered yet I was waiting outside the whole time and no one even drove past my house. Waiting on drizzly to get back to me about a refund. Avoid all deliveries from this company. Edit to add: I couldn’t care less if you’re behind, I am very patient and we always tip 20%. im fine with a late delivery. My issue is you marking the order as delivered twice without actually delivering it. We as customers can’t contact you anymore once it’s marked as delivered which feels like a way for you to steal money. You did eventually deliver it, but I had time to call and make a second report to drizzly and write this review in between the time you marked it as delivered and when the driver finally pulled up. Just wait until it’s delivered to mark it as delivered, it’s basic customer service. Your responses to your google reviews are beyond unprofessional."
