"I joined the 5 star rewards program they have. Yet I am never credited with purchases. The owners are rude to the staff and customers. As far as prices, DaveCo isn't that far away. Better prices, friendlier atmosphere, and better selection. It is a husband/wife team that owns the place. Customer service is not their priority, getting your money is. George and Lisa should just let the staff handle things."
"Good selection of craft beer. Never had an issue with the owner or any of the staff. It's a small locations but has most of the popular beer and spirits as well as wine. They do a good job of stocking items that the other local stores do not."
"I live local, like 5 minutes away. Have went here for almost 2 years. Will continue to go here. The selection is OK for when you don't have time to go to a big box store and live in Frederick, Colorado. The staff are ALWAYS wonderful and helpful. The ladies who work there always ask us if we need help. 2 stars? The owner is really unpleasant. Unpleasant to customers and worse, unpleasant to staff. When you offer to pay something forward to the next customer and the staff member is nervous the Owner may think she is stealing because you want to "pay it forward"...super crappy. Go here to get beer in a pinch...Don't make it your regular stop."
"Maybe it's just me but the owner is super rude, well maybe curt is the correct word. I feel really uncomfortable asking for things behind the counter when he waits on me. I guess he's the owner given how he acts. Honestly the man seemed annoyed by me asking for things only people behind the counter could get. It's just not a welcoming feeling. The other employees are fine. I attempted to pick up a small bottle from a display on the counter while he was standing in front of me, as I intended to buy it and he literally grabbed my hand so I couldn't touch it to pick it up. If I'm going to spend my money at a store I don't want to feel like I'm an inconvenience. There are plenty of other places I can and will go."
