"I went to go view a apartment it was disgusting trash everywhere dead roaches on the stove in the fridge on the counter tops all in the carpet just walking down to the apartment the building smelt like sewer water definitely wouldn’t recommend"
"No onboard maitnance crew, roach infestation with casual roach crew that only stops them for a week, moved in with dirty apartment with promised cleaning crew and never recieved them, laundry room poorly maintained, actually everything is barely maintained and rusted, advertised gated community when gates don't work and are in the back of the complex only, 1 network/wifi only with installation problems because of lock box system which constantly get stolen and/or have the wrong key too. Broiler heating system that constantly make noise even if your not the one using it. Multiple loose appliances. Only upside is cheap rent and good insulation."

"Roaches everywhere, pest control doesn't know what they're doing with it. Heats been out every winter for the past three years with the promise of the boiler getting replaced. First apartment here on the first floor got flooded from old pipes breaking and they didn't even offer to pay for the hotel for one night. Moved us to upstairs for no charge until the first lease was up. First least was $600 a month. Renewing brought it to $875 because we were forced to move upstairs. When I didn't renew my lease they brought it to court and said I was staying without permission. Probably the worst complex/landlords ever. Atlas should rethink what their priorities are."
"It's a very nice place to live. My apartment is very clean and nice. The tenants are overall very nice. I really like the neighborhood too! It's close to a lot of things but still offers a quiet feel. And I feel the rent is very fair too."
