"Do not apply and give a deposit if you are unsure of this apartment because they will keep you deposit even if you decide not to move in! Horrible at communication with everything! Will most likely be getting into contact with the Colorado Housing Authority about this matter. Should’ve never looked at these apartments."

"I pay $1,500 a month for a two bedroom and one bathroom. Been fighting roaches since I moved in. Counter tops are disgusting and raggedy. Closet doors are falling off. Stove takes a hour to heat up to 350 degrees. One ceiling fan in the apartment. Definitely a downgrade for more money. Only come here if you're desperate and in a hurry to move."

"Boy do I have a lot to say about this place, might be testing the character limit on this one. Save yourself time, and don’t move here. But if you wanna know the truth i’m here to tell you. Background info: We moved in and passed the application with flying colors. We moved out Dec 1st on good terms. This is not a case of an angry evicted tenant, we paid our rent on time every month. We lived there almost two years, and it would’ve been a full two years if they hadn’t of been unorganized and unprofessional. Details they won’t mention in the tour: The apartments are too small for what they charge, if you choose the larger apartments across the street where you share and split water bills you’ll be paying 400+ in utilities each month. Pool is disgusting all times of year, halls have dog pee and poop that will stay for days, you’ll have smokers outside your window. If you have no other choice but to move here make sure it’s in Building A where the office is, cause all other buildings have the roaches. They charge a 15 dollar camera fee for cameras that have NEVER worked, I and many others have had car windows bashed in and had stuff stolen. Office says oh well! doesn’t even offer to help with a police report. Ladies in office could not care less about you or your apartment because they’ve all been there less than two months and don’t know what’s going on, while signing our release papers i overheard a woman had moved in over two weeks ago and they forgot she was there, they were trying to get other ppl to fill the space! what?! The lease debacle: At some point between the first owner and third owner (three different owners in 6 months? yikes.) They lost our lease renewal. We made a mistake as first time renters for not asking for a paper copy of the lease, because we were told it was accessible in the portal at all times. It wasn’t, the newest owners started charging us month to month fees (200 bucks extra in rent) and when we noticed they said we could sign a new lease that would be up in April, just like the lost one promised. Two weeks go by, no new lease has been sent. We ask someone new in the office, they claim such a lease would be illegal (!?!) and our only options were to pay month to month, a 6 month lease (which would be $200 extra anyways) or a full 12 month. I WANTED OUTTA THERE! Took them almost two weeks to sign a reference sheet for our new place which had ended us in paying a total of 3 months of the month to month fees. What a joke. Pros: Air conditioning"

"I moved in during May of this year, when I moved in I was not provided a mail key and was told one would be made for me. A couple weeks went by and still no mail key. After time and time again being told that it would be first priority that my key was made I found out that my whole mail box was broken. Then time and time again after trying to figure out when that would be fixed it was always the same answer “this will be first priority”. My apartment ended up having roaches in it. I’m a very clean person (deep cleans once a week at least) considering I clean professionally. Nothing was ever done or even addressed when it came to that problem. I have a 16 month old so finally after three months of living there with no mail key, extremely negligent management and a roach infested apartment I decided I needed to leave for my own convenience considering the mail key situation and me and my child’s hygiene/safety considering the roaches. I emailed management and told them that I was breaking my lease and would not be able to reside there any longer. Lease states you give them 60 days but I had not been able to receive any mail or feel safe/sanitary in my home for three months. So I told them I would be out Oct. 1st. They email me back same day (wow now you’re attentive) saying that I needed to be out as soon as possible to avoid any extra charges (understandable). I receive a call later that day, the same day I told them I was moving out, that my mail box had been repaired and one of the maintenance guys would come drop my key off. Hilarious. I ended up being out on the 29th of September. I receive a bill about two weeks later saying I owed them $3500 because my apartment was trashed and the walls were ruined and the floors had to be completely replaced etc etc. (note I am a professional house cleaner and I only lived there three months) I had caused no damage to the apartment besides a small dent in the walls from a floor mirror I had in my living room. This apartment complex is negligent, shady with practice, and just overall not a good place to keep your home and your kids. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend."

"I moved in a year ago and it wasn’t bad. Then in the last few months a ton of construction workers moved in and the place has gone to absolute garbage. They double park, park their generators in spots and it’s already limited parking. They brought roaches, which were never a problem before they moved in. They are loud and let their kids scream and run up and down the hallways and outside people’s windows during quiet hours. They put rocks in the doors or damage them so they won’t close securely; which in turn leads to homeless people coming in, they slam doors and have no respect for neighbors, as well as smoking weed in the hallways and main areas of the buildings. The laundry facilities are trashed or broken since they got here. The new management is lazy, doesn’t answer phones, doesn’t fix issues; you have to physically go into the office to talk to them and even then your issue may not get fixed, but they act like the sky is falling cuz they are so “busy”. In reality you can see them playing on their phones. Maintenance is good and gets things fixed pretty quick, but the problem is when they have to go through the management to order parts. They give them the run around and it takes forever to fix. The security after hours number they give you to call never shows up. My pipes burst twice last Christmas and I was told to call the fire dept, instead of maintenance, had to stay in a hotel for a week until it was fixed, never got reimbursed or money taken off rent due to uninhabitable conditions. They charge extra for random things on your bill (I.e., vacancy charges, vacancy electricity and water, and cameras, but you can’t see the footage if you have an issue with people stealing your packages, because they require a police report, but they won’t let you see the footage even then). They want you to pay $10 a month extra for “community service” which they say is parking, but you have to pay for a parking pass when you sign your lease. They lose information all the time. It’s cheap though, compared to other places. Relatively safe, just don’t park on the street or in dark areas. Weekends are a nightmare because of noise and parties, cops are called out a lot for domestic issues. Buildings are falling apart and management is taking their time to fix them, so you can hear literally anything your neighbors do. People don’t clean up after their dogs, they steal equipment from the gym, they leave trash in hallways for someone else to take out, so the hallways wreak of dog pee, weed, and garbage."
