Widefield Apartments

"Had moved out a couple months ago we’re still being harassed by the manager who’s beyond disrespectful. We had reached an agreement with the landlords attorney which was if we moved out before a specific time n day we wouldn’t have to owe anyone money and they would keep our deposit. We just received a letter in the mail saying we owe 5,000$ n we have 30 days after we get the paper to pay it. The paper is dated April 18th we received it MAY 10th. Me n my gf r only 20 years old this was our first apartment definitely the worst experience."

"Im living here the place is awesome. The rent is affordable. The place is Near the park i always go to the park for my meditation and fresh air can't beat that. The maintenance and management are very friendly just tell them what you want and they will come up with a plan that suits your needs and wants. Christine she great. The place is awesome. Just be greatiful for the moment and be satisfied with what your money can allow you to have. God bless"

"Originally thought this place was a good start off place for people who are trying to move in. But now that I have moved out they tried charging my account for a month that I wasn’t even there & I called them and they were like yeah it was our fault, you need to go to your bank to stop the charges. Then I have wait a month and 2 weeks for them to tell me that my security deposit is sitting on their desk. In which they have had it for nearly a month now. I open up the envelope thinking okay I should get the majority of my deposit back but nope that wanted to charge me $300 for there mistake. We resigned our lease and we knew that it was supposed to go up $25. So after we signed the paper they should have put it in the system the correct amount to take out of our account. But nope they decided to wait til the very end to take it out. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Lesson learned that I’ll never rent again."

"So my wife tried to write a review and the post got deleted and now she cant post...they are trying to hide the fact that these places are horrible they charhe you 200 extra for a dog even tho they are "convieniently " close to the park. Their matinence crew will half ass things including the heater to where you'll have to keep calling them to fix it amd they'll just keep resetting it. Weve had neighbors above us be so loud we called the cops on then 3 times and still managment wont help us to where our daughter lives with her gma because they wont stop...please dont move here I highly suggest it"
