"Can never reach anyone to talk to about rentals"
"If I could give this place a 0 I would... i have lived here since February of 2019 and i dont reccomend nobody moving here... so when we moved in it was nice but soon our house would still have bugs from last person living here our cars have been broken into have police reports and nothing has been done about it no gates getting fixed or cameras also they make u sign a paper saying that the apartments aren't responsible when this happens bc it's a huge problem and has been way b4 I moved here and bed bugs everywhere dont move here ever...."
"I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A WARM AND CARING EXPERIENCE WITH A MANAGER WHO DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP ME MOVE INTO A PLACE. I WASN'T PREPARED FOR THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS NEEDED. TERRY WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME."
"We've been here for 3 year's and have never had a problem until new management took over she is never in the office, does not answer call's or call back about your reason for calling. Maintenance almost never answer the phone you have to call both properties just to get someone if the phone is not off of the hook. There has been multiple break in's in vehicles and apartments but nothing has been done about it. They will not keep the gate closed people that do not live here park here all of the time leaving no space for the actual renters. We signed the papers for our move out and set a date for her to come view and clear the apartment and she has yet to come or has not been in the office either it's VERY unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to treat your renters this way please do not waste your time on a place that seems good but is in no way good with the new property managers Dunmire Property Management."
